Warehouse Manager

education: High School Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, discussing, and completing reports about the warehouse team and the staff.
- Ensure staff follows company and government policies and procedures.
- Sets production goals and metrics.
- Experience in e-commerce
- Complete necessary paperwork associated with each job.
- Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored and targets achieved.
- Correspond with customers on project deadlines, timeframes, and production capabilities.
- Complete costing analysis for each job.
- Provide pricing per job to sales representative to be presented to customer.
