Financial Administrator
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes. This role requires proficiency in financial software and a strong understanding of financial principles to help maintain the integrity of our financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, banking, financial statement preparation, payroll, benefit administration, reconciliation, audit and other church related bookkeeping functions
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports and documents
- Assist in Budget and forecast creation
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Manage Payroll processing and expense reimbursements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a financial administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial software applications is essential
- Ability to demonstrate familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail is a must
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multitasking effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with certification a plus
- Higher level formula building in Excel
- Experience with ACS software a plus
