Virtual Executive Assistant (PHILIPPINES ONLY)

**About the role:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Own and manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities
* Anticipate needs before they’re asked for
* Handle travel, logistics, and last-minute changes with ease
* Prepare presentations, documents, and clear communication
* Act as a gatekeeper and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
* Keep leadership organized, focused, and on track
* Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
* Jump into special projects and solve problems fast
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
* Exceptional organization and time-management skills
* Strong communication — clear, confident, and professional
* Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
* Close attention to detail with a big-picture mindset
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools
* Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to take ownership
