Home Health Registered Nurse

Home Health REGISTERED NURSE:

• PRN Employment with weekly pay and direct deposit

Home Health Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide one on one home nursing care visits, and patient education in accordance with the providers plan of treatment.
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient's conditions and or needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client/patients' family with regards to plan of care, health changes, and concerns
• Make a difference by using your clinical experience to assist our patients recover in the comfort and privacy of their own home.

Medical Specialty:

• Home Health Wound Care (preferred)
• Injections
• Comprehensive Assessment
• Medication management
• Patient teaching/ education
• Basic Infusions (preferred)

Home Health RN (Registered Nurse) Requirements:

• Current unrestricted RN Florida license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum one (1) year of documented experience in a home health agency preferred. Strong clinical skills; Analytic/Critical thinker. Ensures confidentiality and security of the client's medical information.
• Ability to drive within expected territories?

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively. Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
