Responsibilities

Identify potential members' needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in our club's amenities and services. Thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment. Meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting. Work in a fast-paced environment and handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands, including club cleanliness. Train others to excel in membership sales and referrals.
