Job Title: Employment Litigation Attorney
Job Location: Tampa, FL
Job Salary: 150k - 175k + Bonus + Benefits

Based in St. Petersburg, FL, we are a recognized law firm that specializes in real estate, healthcare, employment, manufacturing, construction, technology, and other industries.

Due to growth, we are seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. Must have experience supporting employers with legal matters related to compliance, policies, litigation, and employee relations. Experience with EEOC claims and FMLA is required.

What You Will Be Doing

- Assist clients with various employment issues that may include wage and hour issues, workplace safety, restrictive covenants, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, or employee separations.

- Advise employers on compliance with federal and state employment law, provide advice and representation to employers in government investigations and litigation of employment claims.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills

1.) 3+ years of Employment Litigation experience

2.) Experience handling employment law matters, including wage and hour issues, workplace safety, restrictive covenants, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, and/or employee separations.

3.) Experience with EEOC claims and FMLA

4.) Active State Bar license in Florida

5.) Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
