Now we’re looking for a Recruiter who’s passionate about people, hungry to grow, and ready to help us scale out our business nationwide. Are you ready for the challenge?
What You’ll Do
You won’t just post jobs—you’ll be in the trenches with our VP of Talent Acquisition, helping to fuel our talent engine.
- 🔍 Source & Hunt : Find competitive, gritty candidates who thrive in sales-heavy environments.
- 🤝 Support the Workflow : Assist the TA team in moving candidates through the pipeline across multiple states.
- 🎯 Brand Builder : Be an ambassador for VREV’s culture and vision—making sure every candidate feels the energy.
- 📊 Keep Us on Track : Help maintain and organize JazzHR, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in recruiting or sourcing, ideally in high-volume / sales-driven environments.
- A people person who loves building relationships and talking to talent.
- Competitive spirit—you’re energized by goals, metrics, and wins.
- Organized, resourceful, and ready to help scale across multiple offices.
- Passionate about growing with VREV as we expand nationally.
