Foreclosure Attorney

A national law firm providing legal services to financial insitutions seeks a Foreclosure Attorney for their Florida team. This role is 100% remote but candidates must be in Florida. You will be responsible for managing an uncontested caseload, handling matters from first legal through post-judgment for the firm. This person will utilize legal knowledge and experience as necessary to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of our clients. Position requires (a) 1+ years of foreclosure experience; and (b) an active license to practice in FL.

salary: $73,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, non-jury trials, and other duties as assigned (remote and in person, as required).
• Prepare and draft pleadings, correspondence, and motions.
• Analyze and review complaints, motions, documents, and final judgments.
• Conduct legal research and produce written work.
• Provide legal analysis for and communication with clients regarding case matters.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
