Job Description

You will help prospects find their next home, support residents, and ensure a smooth leasing process while showcasing strong communication in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• To greet prospects and conduct professional property tours
• To communicate confidently in Spanish and English
• To process applications using property management software
• To meet leasing goals and maintain strong closing ratios
• To provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Leasing consultant experience
• Multifamily/apartment community experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite, Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Schedule & Pay

• Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Onsite • Immediate Start
• Pay $19-20/hr based on experience
