Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility . In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services to patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, helping them regain communication abilities and improve quality of life.

Position Details:

• Low daily caseload — typically 7–12 patients per day

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling available
• Staggered schedule preferred
• Monday–Friday schedule accepted
• Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and patient progress
• Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing teams, and physicians
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and care strategies
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications:

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• SNF, rehabilitation, or clinical fellowship experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
