Summary
The Program Manager implements the policies, procedures, protocols, and standards for the FSU Residency Program Coordinators to effectively standardize and manage the coordination of the residency programs. Is responsible for recruitment and onboarding of the FSU Program Coordinators and oversees the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program operations. Communicates program accreditation needs and action plans with GME leadership and stakeholders to achieve desired program outcomes.
The Program Manager participates in program development, strategic planning, and the implementation of educational and operational initiatives that strengthen residency program infrastructure. The role functions across four domains of practiceteacher, leader, administrator, and professional development, and works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and well coordinated program operations. Continuously monitors quality metrics, promotes excellence in customer service, and drives performance improvement across multiple GME programs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, Business, or another relevant field required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 Years Graduate Medical Education Administration Experience.
Certification: Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) Certification Preferred.
