Land Surveyor (PSM)

LICENSED LAND SURVEYOR
What You’ll Do
- Lead, plan, and coordinate land surveying projects from start to finish.
- Direct project teams and mentor junior survey staff.
- Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and communicate changes with clients.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill contract requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience with project leadership.
- Licensed as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida or ability to obtain within 1 year.
- Strong knowledge of modern surveying techniques and software.
