Director Of Nursing FLEX/PART-TIME
We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (RN) to oversee clinical operations and provide leadership to our caregiving team. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for a motivated professional who values autonomy and impact. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support direct care staff * Oversee hiring, training, and performance of caregiving personnel * Ensure compliance with state regulations and quality assurance standards * Maintain and update care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation * Mentor staff and advocate for client well-being * Ensure safety, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of care Requirements: * Active Florida RN license & CPR certified * 1+ year supervisory RN experience (home health preferred) * Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills * Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office & EMR platforms * Reliable transportation & willingness to conduct home visits * Bachelor’s degree preferred On-Site Requirement:Must be available every other Thursday to sign documentation and review compliance materials.
