OASIS Reviewer (RN)

Job Title: OASIS Reviewer RN
Location: In-Office – Margate, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports To: Clinical Leadership Team

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Registered Nurse for a full-time, in-office telephonic role focused on reviewing and validating OASIS documentation. The OASIS Reviewer ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CMS and internal standards, helping to drive quality clinical outcomes and proper reimbursement. This role does not involve direct patient care and is entirely CPU- and phone-based.

After 90 days, the position becomes eligible for a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home).

All candidates must be willing to obtain a New York RN license within 90 days of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate OASIS assessments for clinical accuracy and regulatory compliance

• Ensure timely and compliant submission of OASIS documentation for billing and QA

• Collaborate with field clinicians to resolve documentation discrepancies

• Provide education and feedback on OASIS best practices

• Identify trends or compliance risks and contribute to ongoing quality improvement

• Stay up-to-date with CMS guidelines, OASIS-E updates, and regulatory changes

• Support internal auditing and clinical documentation initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Florida

• Willingness to obtain NY RN license within 90 days

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience

• OASIS review and home health experience strongly preferred

• Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Kinnser, WellSky, HCHB) a plus

• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and collaborative mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $68,000

• 25 days of PTO annually

• Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days

• Hybrid work eligibility after 90 days (3 in-office, 2 remote)
