Step into a hands‑on maintenance role where you’ll support daily operations for a thriving apartment community. You’ll keep the property running smoothly by completing essential repairs and assisting with turn‑ready tasks.
Job Description
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally
- Assist with unit turns, including repairs and minor installations
- Maintain property grounds and common areas
- Use personal tools to complete all daily tasks
Qualifications
- Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience
- Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools
- Must provide own tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments
