Centerwell Senior Primary Care is seeking a PRN primary care physician to join our team working at CenterWell Primary Care clinics based in A popka, Florida and surrounding offices depending on the location needs .

Qualifications needed:

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified in geriatric medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine. (We recognize the American Board of Physician Specialties (ABPS) certification)
• Experience in value-based care, adult primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic health conditions
• Current unrestricted DEA registration (or must obtain)
• Licensed in Florida to practice medicine (or must obtain)
