Community Relations Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and organized individual to serve as the face of Chick-fil-A Gandy to the community. As our Community Relations Manager , you’ll lead our efforts in building strong, lasting relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations. You'll be the voice behind our social media, the driving force behind our community outreach, and the go-to person for local networking events.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to every guest's needs
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open/close and lead shifts, be a responsible key holder
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Effectively communicates with staff and leadership about position needs to ensure orders are prepared on time and to Chick-fil-A’s quality standards

What You’ll Do:

• Represent Chick-fil-A Gandy at local events, networking meetups, and community functions
• Manage and create content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Build partnerships with local schools, nonprofits, and businesses
• Coordinate catering needs with our kitchen team and help grow our catering program
• Cold call and visit businesses to offer support or build new partnerships
• Deliver free food and surprises to community partners and potential clients
• Help execute community events and marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and store traffic

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in marketing, public relations, social media, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to be out in the community, meeting new people and promoting the brand
• Familiarity with Chick-fil-A’s brand voice and community-oriented values is a plus
