Pediatric Physical Therapist
Location: Central Florida | Flexible Schedule | Clinic-Based

About the Role:
Central Florida Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for a therapist with a passion for working with children-from infants to adolescents-who have a range of physical impairments and developmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients to assess physical abilities and limitations

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance motor skills, strength, coordination, and balance

• Educate and empower parents/caregivers with techniques to support therapy goals at home

• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately

• Stay current with developments in pediatric physical therapy and integrate best practices

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Current Florida PT license (required)

• Florida Medicaid provider number or eligibility to obtain one

• Certification in Pediatric Physical Therapy (preferred)

• Experience working with a pediatric population across various diagnoses

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

• Patient-centered, empathetic approach to care
