Human Resources Generalist - Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida
The Krizner Group is partnering with the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida in search of a dedicated Human Resources Generalist. Our client is looking for an experienced professional to lead the enhancement of the HR department, making a significant impact on the organization. As part of a nonprofit organization management team, the ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of HR practices to drive positive change within the organization. This role will involve helping to implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's mission while fostering a culture of inclusivity and growth. Responsibilities
- This Role is On-site in Fort Myers
- Help develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
- Facilitate effective employee onboarding and training programs.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure competitive offerings.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to nonprofit organizations.
- This is a high trust position
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
