E Tech Pos Store in Kissimmee, FL is looking for one inside sales to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 4655 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• We are currently seeking Inside Phone Sales Agents. The Inside Sales Agent will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various outbound lead sources provided by our company. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system.

Qualifications:

• Required experience:
• Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Skills required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using contact management database systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Other qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
