Project Manager - Division 10

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate Division 10 projects, specializing in toilet partitions, bathroom accessories, and additional specialties. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Division 10 projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and foster communication among stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to restroom accessories and toilet partitions.
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in Division 10 or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of restroom accessories, toilet partitions, and bathroom accessories.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
