What You’ll Do:
The Regional Vice President of Sales leads our Regional Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure we achieve the Company’s business plan objectives for traffic, gross sales, net sales, and closings within the Region. Region covers Tampa to Fort Myers on the west coast, Orlando to Sebring in Central Florida, and Palm Bay to Fort Pierce on the east coast.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Help to develop our sales team’s skills and proactively manage a world-class customer journey.
- Work across markets to share best practices and ensure an outstanding Century Complete brand experience.
- Build and maintain a disciplined sales force that sells homes, enhances operational and transactional efficiency with clean contracts, and promotes customer satisfaction in a high-volume atmosphere.
- Drive the sales team to leverage technology tools and systems CRM and Sales Order Management.
- Research market pricing and establish weekly sales updates and new home releases for communities’ strategic positioning in every submarket and performance optimization.
- With the assistance of others, determine when we have sufficient documentation to proceed with the acceptance of a sale.
- Perform audits of our digital front porch and the new home studios to ensure company standards within each sales office.
- Review historical data and provide current market insights to our Lot Acquisition teams to assist in procuring future land positions.
- Actively participate in establishing the Region’s Business Plan and develop the tactics, tools, and deadlines needed to achieve the Plan.
- Be actively involved with the operations leaders to ensure a steady flow of homes through the production process to meet sales objectives.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Have:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in new home sales.
- A minimum of 5 years prior sales management experience.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic business mindset with an emphasis on the sales of new homes.
- Effective and professional communication with prospective buyers, customers, outside agencies, and employees. Demonstrated ability to coach sales professionals on company processes and soft selling skills.
- Accountability to Business Plan performance management and strategic mindset to deliver regional profitability.
- Computer aptitude to manage prospect activity and necessary research pertinent to new home sales.
- Aptitude to run and review reports and pinpoint areas of need that align with company initiatives. Understand the metrics that drive sales – lead volume, conversion, cancellation rates, etc.

This is a remote position, but you must be based in South Florida and available in the region at least three days per week.
