About the Role
Be the trusted first point of contact for patients in a specialized urology practice. Youll play a key role in delivering a smooth, respectful, and efficient patient experience while supporting both clinical and administrative workflows.
What Youll Do
Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism
Schedule appointments & coordinate patient care
Verify insurance, obtain authorizations & referrals
Collect payments, post charges & support billing accuracy
Maintain organized, compliant patient records
Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure seamless operations
What Were Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable handling sensitive patient information with discretion
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Prior medical office or healthcare experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
$20.00 $23.50/hour
All external candidates will start at $20.00/hour

RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or GED Required.
Experience: Less than 1 Year Clerical/Administrative required. Insurance/Customer Service preferred.
Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required in Employee Health and may also be required at other locations within 90 days of hire.
License: N/A
Other: Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, IT/computer proficient, basic math, knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing helpful.
