Home Care Sales Liaison – Palm Beach & Broward Counties, FL

Full-Time | $70,000 – $90,000 Base Salary + Commission | Car Required

Are you a relationship-focused sales professional with deep connections in the local healthcare and senior care community? We are seeking a Home Care Sales Liaison to grow and maintain referral partnerships across Palm Beach and Broward Counties , with a focus on private duty/private pay home care .

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key referral sources: hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living communities (ALFs), physicians, elder law attorneys, and care managers.

• Generate high-quality private pay referrals for home care services across assigned territory.

• Deliver education and value to referral sources by clearly articulating service offerings and outcomes.

• Coordinate with intake and care management teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

• Track and report referral activity, pipeline, and outcomes via CRM or internal tools.

• Represent the company at local events, professional networking groups, and senior-focused organizations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven success in healthcare or home care sales , specifically within private duty or private pay home care

• Established referral relationships in Palm Beach and/or Broward County

• Active book of business strongly preferred

• Reliable vehicle and valid Florida driver’s license

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills

• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and hit performance targets

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary : $70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
