We are seeking a Claude AI Developer to join our internal Corporate IT team and help design, build, and support AI-powered tools that improve how our employees work every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders and IT peers to turn real workflow problems into practical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain internal applications and agents powered by Claude to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve employee productivity.
• Integrate Claude-based solutions with existing corporate systems, APIs, and internal knowledge bases in partnership with IT, security, and data teams.
• Collaborate with business units (HR, operations, customer service, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical designs and prototypes.
• Monitor, debug, and continuously improve AI solutions for reliability, performance, and usability in a production corporate environment.
• Document solutions, best practices, and usage guidelines for internal users and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development, AI development, or a closely related engineering role (internal tools or enterprise applications experience a plus).
• Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) or conversational AI platforms; familiarity with Claude or similar tools is strongly preferred.
• Python programming skills helpful, especially for building integrations, automation scripts, and API-based services. ​​
• Solid understanding of web services and APIs, along with basic data handling and troubleshooting skills in an IT environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders within the business.

Work Environment

• On-site role embedded in the Corporate IT team, collaborating closely with support, infrastructure, and security staff.
• Regular interaction with business departments to understand pain points and deliver AI solutions that fit existing processes and controls.
