Piping Detailer
We are a large growing Design Build Mechanical Contractor in Florida that works on many of Florida’s biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire Florida’s best and brightest Piping Detailer’s in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve issues.
- Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator.
- Work closely with and coordinate with Owners, Project Managers, Spoolers, Foreman, Architects, Engineers, Design Consultants, Field Personnel, Estimators, and Vendors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Manage, generate, develop, review, and logging: RFI’s, submittal’s, Contract documents, local code requirements, and construction drawings.
Skills & Requirements
- Local
- Stable work history.
- 2+ years HVAC and Plumbing
- Strong knowledge in: State and Local HVAC and Plumbing Building Codes, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Audodesk Fabrication Suite preferred.
