Sales Representative – Temporary Enclosure Systems
Location: Fort Myers, FL (covering surrounding region)
Compensation: $ base + commission (uncapped earning potential)
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to promote and sell temporary wall and enclosure systems to construction companies across the Fort Myers area and beyond. Our systems are used on active construction sites such as hospitals, airports, shopping centers, and other high-traffic facilities to keep projects safe, secure, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Drive new business by targeting active and upcoming construction projects.
- Present solutions that meet site-specific needs for safety, containment, and efficiency.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with ongoing account management.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the drive to maximize uncapped commission opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a large territory with frequent client visits.
