• Design and prepare civil engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for land development and municipal projects.
• Manage permitting processes with city, county, state, and federal agencies.

• Provide cost estimating, project scheduling, and technical coordination support.
• Oversee active construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Professional Engineer license preferred).
• Experience: Proven track record in land development, stormwater management, or municipal engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design tools.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of Florida building codes, environmental regulations, and permitting standards.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and analytical thinking abilities.
