Maternal Fetal Medicine in Tampa, Florida - 100k Sign-On Bonus
A respected health system in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join an expanding team dedicated to high-level, comprehensive maternal care. You'll work with seasoned colleagues in an environment that balances clinical excellence, teaching, and a focus on patient wellbeing.

- Predictable Schedule: Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek with a half-day for administrative duties, approximately 20 patients per day, and very light call (1:4) responsibilities
- Generous Financial Package: Strong base salary with production incentives, a $100,000 signon bonus, a $15,000 residency stipend for fellows, and relocation assistance
- Robust Benefits: 26 days of PTO, $5,000 CME allowance, 5 CME days, $15,000 faculty time bank, comprehensive insurance, a $100 monthly phone stipend, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility
Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Skilled in managing highrisk pregnancy patients
- Comfortable using EPIC EMR
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
