The primary duty of this position is to assist the client throughout the buying process; promote our brands’ products through excellent client service aiming a pleasant experience. You will report to the Showroom Manager as your immediate supervisor.

KEYS Responsibilities:

- Attend clients in the store and / or their office / house.

- Stay knowledgeable about the brand’s range of products and demonstrate it through projects and sales

- Enrich client’s options and thus enrich their experience

- Design and prepare quotes and projects

- Follow closely the delivery and installation process

- Resolve post sales issues

- Keep a good standing relationship with clients

- Make the effort as a team to reach sales goals

The benefits we present as follows:

- Paid 10 business days vacations, eligible after one full year of work

This is a full-time position of 40 hours of work per week and the showroom hours are 10AM to 6PM. The Sales Team will rotate Saturdays and Holidays on a calendar to be determined and arranged with your Supervisor.

Must Have:

- Full fluency in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus);

- 5+ years of experience in the luxury furniture retail business.
