SUMMARY:
- We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Delivery Lead with a strong SAP FICO and ABAP background to lead an SAP delivery team and manage client-facing delivery activities.
- This is primarily a senior SAP Delivery / Client Leadership role. Strong FICO and ABAP knowledge is important for providing technical credibility while leading teams, managing delivery, and resolving escalations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage the SAP delivery team to ensure work is completed on time and with high quality.
• Work directly with the client to provide project updates, understand requirements, and manage expectations.
• Handle escalations and critical issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Coordinate SAP FICO, ABAP, and other SAP teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, resources, milestones, and deadlines.
• Identify delivery issues proactively and take appropriate corrective action.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal SAP teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Approximately 20 years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on/background knowledge of SAP FICO and ABAP.
• Proven experience leading SAP delivery teams.
• Strong Project Lead / Delivery Lead experience.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong escalation and issue management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, delivery timelines, risks, resources, and client expectations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP environments and delivery processes.
