Position Overview Launch Point Group is seeking a motivated Communications Assistant to join our Miami team immediately. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills who can support daily communication efforts, assist with client interactions, and help ensure smooth internal and external operations. Key Responsibilities * Assist with daily communication between clients, customers, and team members * Provide professional support during customer interactions and in-person events * Help coordinate communication materials and client information * Support office operations and administrative communication tasks * Maintain accurate records of customer and client interactions * Collaborate with management to ensure consistent messaging and service quality Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational abilities * Professional demeanor and positive attitude * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Previous customer service, communications, or administrative experience is a plus but not required What We Offer * Immediate start available * Full paid training * Weekly pay * Advancement opportunities * Supportive team environment * Full-time schedule with consistent hours
