What You'll Do

· Oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC sales projects from in-home consultation through installation and close-out

· Conduct comprehensive in-home evaluations, assessing system performance, equipment condition, and homeowner needs

· Design customized HVAC solutions tailored to comfort, efficiency, and budget goals

· Prepare and deliver professional, persuasive presentations that clearly communicate value and options

· Collaborate with homeowners to finalize scope, pricing, and project details

· Assist customers with financing options to help make solutions accessible

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and sales activity using CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce

· Coordinate scheduling, change orders, and project details to ensure a smooth and successful execution

· Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project

· Build long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business

· Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training to continually improve performance

What We're Looking For

· At least 1 year of residential HVAC sales experience (required)

· At least 3 years of in-home sales experience

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance targets

· Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to assess needs and present tailored solutions

· Experience with CRM systems such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce (preferred)

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through

· A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check

· Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

· A people-first mindset with a strong focus on client experience
