What You'll Do:

Provide Expert Therapy Services: Deliver high-quality therapy and assessment services within a thriving private outpatient group practice.
Develop Your Niche: Cultivate your personal brand and specialize in areas that resonate with your expertise and passions.
Promote Mental Health Awareness: Collaborate with our team to engage in community outreach and advocate for mental health.
Maintain Accurate Documentation: Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient and precise documentation of client progress.

What We're Looking For:

Fully Licensed Professionals: You must hold a valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a PhD.
Experience Across Age Groups: A willingness to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
Post-Licensure Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
Diverse Clinical Background: Experience providing therapy in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings.
Proficiency in Evidence-Based Practices: Strong background in utilizing evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
EHR Proficiency: Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined documentation.
Remote Work Capability: Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Compensation and Schedule:

Competitive Compensation: Earn between $50,000 and $70,000 annually, depending on the number of hours worked.
1099 Subcontractor Position: Enjoy the flexibility of a 1099 subcontractor arrangement.
Full-Time Schedule: Commit to a full-time schedule of 30+ hours per week.
