We are a fast-growing, entrepreneurial personal injury law firm looking for a great Case Manager to join our fully remote team. You'll work directly with the owner, collaborate with a supportive crew, and most importantly, help injured clients regain control of their lives.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution
• Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients
• Coordinate medical treatment, obtain and organize records and bills
• Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys in case strategy
• Negotiate reductions on medical balances and liens
• Track deadlines and manage documentation using case management software
• Provide recommendations to attorneys on efficient case resolutions
• Communicate effectively with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury (case management, paralegal, or legal assistant roles)
• Solid knowledge of personal injury procedures, medical records, and treatment timelines
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with legal case management software (Filevine a plus)
• Must be self-directed, tech-savvy, and highly reliable
