As part of this transformation, we are seeking a motivated Senior HR Manager to partner with us through our journey.

Position Summary:
This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity for an HR professional who wants to utilize a broad skillset and make a lasting impact. The HR Manager will be critical in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems that support our growing team and evolving business needs. The leader will also develop scalable recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes and work closely with all employees and leadership to shape the HR function and foster a culture of performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.

· Support recruitment with outside provider, develop onboarding, and employee development processes.

· Manage employee relations, performance management, and actional KPI’s.

· Maintain HR records and ensure regulatory compliance.

· Lead efficient benefits administration processes and collaborate with ADP.

· Partner with leadership to support organizational growth strategies.

· Lead cross-functional HR projects related to culture, engagement, and recognition.

· Evaluate and participate in technology solutions to help scale the company.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a distribution or service environment with multiple locations.

· Proven ability to develop ESG and related policies and procedures.

· Demonstrated experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

· Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
