Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida PT license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS (American Heart Association or ARC) may be required.
• Home health physical therapy experience required. Experience with start-of-care evaluations, subsequent visits, recertifications, and discharges preferred.
• Comfort with driving between patient visits. Mileage reimbursement provided between first and last patient visits.
• Ability to support coverage areas including Cape Coral and North Fort Myers. Candidate must be able to travel within the local coverage region as needed.
• Professional PT certification required.
• Team-player attributes preferred.

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 (5x8).
• Weekly Hours Guarantee: 40 hours.
• Coverage Areas: Cape Coral and North Fort Myers (local travel between patient visits required).
• On Call / Weekend Requirement: None.
