We are a non-tipped, luxury residential environment. To reflect that, we offer a higher hourly rate in place of gratuities. This is a full-time, 40-hour position, primarily scheduled for morning shifts starting at 10am

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensure the highest level of resident and guest satisfaction by offering prompt, professional, courteous, and dedicated services. Actively contribute to the department to complete tasks, meet goals, or manage projects. Overall, this position is responsible for and dedicated to providing recognition, satisfaction, and value to the residents and their guests, while continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and service standards.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure all orders are complete and accurately presented before delivery.
• Assisting clean tables
• Helping the kitchen by carrying soiled plates, silverware, and glasses to the kitchen and replenishing the service stations with clean plates, silverware, and glasses
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and food service areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff regarding order status and guest needs.
• Handle all food items safely and follow proper hygiene and food handling procedures.
• Assist with restocking service areas and preparing condiments or utensils as needed.
• Support the overall guest experience by providing friendly and attentive service.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry trays or plates up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude required
