We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee and guide commercial building initiatives from concept through delivery. This role is integral to ensuring timely execution, upholding quality benchmarks, and driving productivity across all stages of development. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset and excels in coordinating budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams, while also fostering transparent communication with all involved parties.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct construction teams and external contractors, ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with scope and timeline agreements
• Partner with architects and engineers to review design documents for constructability, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy
• Manage vendor agreements, process change requests, and engage in contract negotiations as needed
• Oversee daily construction operations, proactively resolving challenges to maintain momentum and minimize risk
• Maintain detailed records including project updates, financial impacts, approvals, and scheduling adjustments
• Collaborate with internal departments and third-party collaborators to ensure brand standards and space readiness targets are achieved
• Conduct routine inspections at project sites to evaluate safety adherence, work quality, and overall progress
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with suppliers, trade partners, and team members to ensure project continuity
• Ensure compliance with local and national codes, environmental regulations, and organizational safety procedures

Preferred Background

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience managing commercial buildouts, particularly in high-turnover environments.
• Retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects from initiation through completion within tight timeframes
• Strong managerial and organizational capabilities with a hands-on, solution-oriented work style
• Effective communicator with solid negotiation skills and the ability to work across various professional disciplines
• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management abilities, especially under high-pressure conditions
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be open to travel for site oversight

Work Conditions

• 50% from home and 50% in office job sites with occasional trips to the HQ in Sarasota.
• Consistent use of computers, phones, and documentation tools.
• Occasional lifting or transport of materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• May involve long drives and extended site evaluations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000 – $150,000
