Are you a high-mileage runner looking for a carrier that can keep you moving? We are hiring professional CDL-A drivers for dedicated OTR Reefer lanes across all 48 states. With top-tier CPM and consistent long-haul freight, our drivers maximize their earnings every single week.
The Financials:
Pay Rate: $0.70 CPM for every mile (Loaded and Empty).
Weekly Earnings: Average $2,000 – $2,500 net take-home.
Volume: Dedicated lanes provide a minimum of 4,000 miles/week (Average 4,500).
Settlements: Reliable Direct Deposit every Friday—no holds.
The Run & Equipment:
Dedicated Freight: Predictable Reefer loads with 24/7 dispatch support.
Routes: Primary focus on Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast lanes (48-state authority).
Schedule: 3–4 weeks OTR with 3–5 days of quality home time.
Tractors: 2023–2026 Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, and International.
Trailers: 2024–2026 Late-model Reefers for maximum reliability.
Driver Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
Clean or reasonably clean MVR.
Professional, reliable, and comfortable with high-mileage Reefer operations.
