JOB PREVIEW:

• Supervise and coach a team of guest service advisors, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company standards
• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures
• Build genuine relationships with our guests by delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence at every interaction

• Monitor car wash processes and equipment to ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and safety compliance, and address any issues or malfunctions promptly
• Train new team members on car wash procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with brand and company standards to ensure a safe and secure work environment
• Safely and clearly direct guests at every station throughout the site, with a smile and a wave
• Assist in the daily upkeep and maintenance
• Follow all Radiant Express Car Wash company policies, safety procedures and brand standards

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the car wash industry, automotive service, or related field
• Must be at least 18 years old
• An outgoing personality with strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Be eager to learn, motivate others, and develop new skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Operate with respect and integrity
• Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Fluent in English
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
• General knowledge of maintenance tools and hardware
