ESTIMATOR (Post Tensioning)

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for post-tensioning projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop cost-effective solutions and optimize project designs.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Utilize Auto CAD for drafting and reviewing structural and architectural designs.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD is required.
• Strong math skills and excellent computer proficiency.
• Experience with concrete structures, including post-tensioning, shear rails, and barrier cable, is a plus.
• Structural or architectural drafting experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership competency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
