Our agency opened in 2016 and is a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent 22 years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a deep understanding of the business and a strong foundation in customer care and service excellence. Giving back is a big part of what we do. Im actively involved with Operation Warrior Resolution, supporting mental health and overall wellness, and work with the Sheriffs Department on youth education initiatives. I also enjoy participating in local walks and runs and supporting community events. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tracey Ganner - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
