Warehouse Shipping Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:45pm )

• Prepare, package, label, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Maintain inventory records and enter shipping and receiving data into the ERP system.
• Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, maintaining a clean workspace, and meeting productivity goals.
• Follow safety, quality, and shipping procedures while working closely with other departments.

Warehouse Shipping Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; entry-level candidates welcome, no prior experience necessary.
• Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (or willingness to be certified).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
