Client Services Coordinator
- A "Swiss Army Knife": You are willing to jump in and help with credit collections, marketing distribution, or cross-training in international shipping as needed.
- Process-Oriented but Flexible: You can follow quality SOPs while simultaneously driving improvements to make our order flow more efficient.
- High-Volume Pro: You can maintain extreme attention to detail while managing high visibility and a fast-paced workload.
- Independent: You don’t need a manager hovering over you to know what needs to be done next.
- Experience: 3–5 years in B2B customer service, order fulfillment, or a multifaceted administrative role (experience in a manufacturing or dynamic small-business environment is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Education: Two-year college study in a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate conversations with both shop-floor teams and executive-level customers.
- Physical: Ability to sit for prolonged periods and navigate a manufacturing facility as needed.

education: High School Responsibilities In this role, you aren’t just entering data or reading from a script; you are the bridge between our customers and our production floor. You will provide comprehensive support for US Domestic Distributors, GPO accounts, and OEM partners.
- End-to-End Order Management: Manage the full fulfillment cycle, including entry, pricing verification, expediting, and schedule notifications.
- Technical & Sales Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, quotations, and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain GPO member databases and prepare monthly sales, commission, and admin reports (requiring strong Excel skills).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Manufacturing, Engineering, Shipping, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Problem Solving: Take direct initiative to resolve customer complaints and service issues, documenting findings to support our quality system.
