locations, all delivering best-in-class customer service, wash quality, and experience. We are

In this role, you will be:
 Greeting customers, answering questions about our car wash, helping them decide which
wash to choose, and telling them about our monthly unlimited wash plans.
 Directing customers to the car wash tunnel entrance where they begin their tunnel wash
experience.
 Ensuring the cleanliness of the property by walking the premises and emptying trash cans
as needed.

 Monitoring tunnel equipment.
Customer service and overall customer experience is key and what sets us apart!

General Requirements:
 Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
 Minimum age requirement: 16 years or older.
 Availability to work evenings and weekends.
 Basic computer proficiency.
 Self-driven with strong organizational skills.
 Mechanical skills or experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
 Display a genuine interest in customer service and helping others.
 Consistently achieve sales targets and uphold quality standards.
 Work effectively as part of a team.
 Maintain a sharp attention to detail.
 Provide information and answer customer questions about car wash services and
membership plans.
 Handle payment transactions efficiently.

 Ensure a clean, safe work environment and remain vigilant for any potential hazards.
Physical Requirements:
 Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
 Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
 Mobility to work in positions requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
 Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, both hot and cold.

Work Hours:
 We have Part-Time position and Full-Time positions. The site is open from 7:00 AM to
7:00 PM, 7 days a week.
 Pay: $16-$18 per hour, with potential opportunities, if qualified, to make uncapped
monthly commissions by selling memberships.
