You’ll play a pivotal role in our brand-new luxury airline whilst building a high-impact sales career with full health cover already sorted.

You'll focus on building client relationships, and you'll have numerous chances to move up as we grow and be recognized for your performance and commitment.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, responding quickly and professionally by phone and email. You’ll use your knowledge of our products to assess client needs, provide the right options, and resolve questions with tact and discretion.

Building strong relationships with assigned accounts, you’ll drive sales growth through proactive follow-up and ongoing support. You’ll also help generate leads for the outside sales team through outbound prospecting, including cold outreach.

Keeping customer records up to date in the CRM, you’ll ensure data integrity and help complete missing information. You’ll monitor orders and client requests, tracing and expediting late items to maintain satisfaction.

Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, you’ll help deliver a polished client experience. Along the way, you’ll gain valuable exposure to high-level sales operations and strategy.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service and/or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional phone and email presence
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn product terminology and offerings quickly and apply knowledge effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Adobe experience preferred
• Ability to follow direction, collaborate cross-functionally, and perform effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and professionalism
• Availability to travel when needed
