Health Club Front Desk

Summary:

The Health Club Front Desk serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a high level of customer service while upholding Rosen Hotels & Resorts standards. They must be detail-oriented, possess effective conflict-management skills, and excel in decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests and members in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding health club services and offerings.
• Schedule appointments for spa treatments and other services.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist as a Gift Shoppe Attendant, helping guests with purchases and merchandise inquiries, as needed.
• Perform duties as a Locker Attendant, ensuring guest belongings are properly secured and accessible, as needed.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
