Referral Xperts builds referral ecosystems that connect public adjusters, attorneys, and construction companies with qualified leads in the property damage and restoration industry. We help property owners navigate insurance claims while connecting service providers with clients ready to move forward. Our business model focuses on creating strategic partnerships between service providers and clients. We work with established companies in legal, construction, and restoration sectors throughout Florida.

About This Position

This is a commission-based sales position with a base draw provided. As a Sales Representative, you'll develop relationships with businesses in the property damage space including contractors, restoration companies, and service providers. Your day-to-day involves networking, door-to-door outreach, and establishing referral partnerships. You'll receive hands-on training on our pitch process and systems, then work independently in the field generating your own leads. This role offers flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting performance expectations.

Qualifications / Expectations

• Required: B2B sales experience with ability to generate your own leads
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Preferred: Experience in property damage, restoration, construction, or insurance industries
• Preferred: Strong networking and relationship-building skills
