Job Summary and Qualifications

Answers all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner, processes all disasters and codes in accordance with policy and procedures and pages employees and administrative on-call representative as necessary.

What qualifications you will need:

• One (1) year of switchboard experience with voice that is compatible with electronic transmission. Required
• Operator with at least one (1) year of experience in healthcare setting with clerical and PC experience.
• High School Graduate / GED

HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility in Okeechobee County. We offer inpatient and outpatient services. We are licensed by Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration as a Primary Stroke Center. We provide diagnostic services accredited by the American College of Radiology. Our Hospital's surgical services include minimally invasive procedures. HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital is a community hospital with state-of-the-art practices.
